I aim to dispatch items within 3-4 days
During the busy periods please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
All items are securely packed and will be dispatched once orders are completed.
All packages are sent via First / Second Class Royal Mail Signature Service.
Proof of posting is always obtained.

If you should have an issue with your order I will do my best to rectify things for you first. Otherwise I gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
Due to the nature of these items, the following cannot be returned or refunded.

Conditions of return
To complete your return, I require the item to be returned to me in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item has been approved for return you will receive a refund for the cost of your items ONLY, any shipping cost are not refundable.
If you are posting an item worth over £36 please consider using a trackable / signed for delivery service. I cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Once the returned item has been received, it will be check and authorised for a refund. I will then process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 3-4 days. I will then send you an email to notify you of the above.
